Each year the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety makes it harder and harder to qualify for its prestigious Top Safety Pick awards. Its rigorous standards only encourage auto manufacturers to build safer vehicles. This year only 48 vehicles were able to garner the Top Safety Pick+ recognition. In other words, only 48 vehicles earned both good ratings in all IIHS crashworthiness evaluations and with its advanced safety preventative technologies.

Among these top safety contenders are six Subaru models.

At Gillman Subaru of San Antonio, we have taken this pledge to be more than a Subaru retailer. This past month in particular, we focused on education. With summer coming to an end and school starting once more, we found it was an opportune time to work on making education more accessible by providing students with the resources they need to succeed.
