At Gillman Auto, We Show Our Subaru Support to Our Community!

Since 1938, Gillman Auto has supported hundreds of organizations both through monetary donations and through the time our employees have volunteered.  

For almost 30 years, Gillman has focused on the Ramsay Gillman Golf Tournament raising funds for the Fort Bend Women's Center.  The tournament is supported by our employees and vendor partners raising over $2 million dollars for this outstanding organization.   We also focused on our annual Backpack Event which awards free backpacks and school supplies to elementary students located closest to our stores.

At Gillman Subaru San Antonio, we are determined to be a good neighbor in the communities we serve.  Each component of our store, from the dedicated people in our dealerships to top management, is totally committed to give both time and money in support of hundreds of worthy causes.  The Gillman Subaru San Antonio team members, with company support, continually contribute to many civic, charitable and educational organizations.

 
                    
Subaru Loves to Help is dedicated to supporting those who need it the most in our communities.

From providing essential items to people in need, helping Meals on Wheels deliver meals to seniors, we believe our communities get stronger when everyone is cared for.

Subaru Loves the Earth is all about loving the environment, and loving the environment means taking the time to preserve it.

By beautifying local organizations, participating in highway clean up, and promoting recycling through Subaru's partnership with Terracycle, and so much more, we aim to bring awareness to our beloved planet.
Subaru Loves to Care focuses on donating and partnering with patients in hospitals.

Subaru and their retailers have partnered with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to bring love and hope to these brave patients in the form of warm blankets and hand-written notes of encouragement.
Subaru Loves Learning focuses on helping out with education. We provide donations to schools, teachers, and students all to help make sure our next generations get the education they deserve. 

By adopting several classrooms at a local school through Adopt-A-Classroom at the start of the school year, we will provide the essential items they need for success!
Subaru Loves Pets focuses on supporting the rescue, transport, adoption, and well-being of pets across the country. We aim to help provide our furry friends with what they need most.

From hosting adoption events at the dealership to sponsoring events at local shelters, we are committed to helping pets in need.

Military Warriors Support Foundation is dedicated to serve our nation's combat-wounded veterans, Gold Star spouses, and their families. Their goal is to provide programs that facilitate a smooth and successful transition for these families.  Their programs focus on housing, transportation, outdoor recreation and leadership development.

Homes for Pets is dedicated to rescue and improving the live of companion animals int eh Schertz/Selma area.  The organization provides foster car and facilitate adoptions of homeless pets and provides community education about responsible pet ownership.

For almost 10 years, Gillman Subaru San Antonio  has been supporting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through a variety of programs.  Gillman Subaru San Antonio has been honored to deliver blankets and coloring books to patients at Childrens Hospital of San Antonio as part of the Subaru Loves to Care program.  The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is dedicated to research designed to cure blood cancers and improve the quality of life of patients and families.
Boysville of Texas:

For over 75 years, Boysville has been working to break the cycle of abuse and neglect in families while preparing children for success in adulthood.  Through our on-going partnership, Gillman Subaru works to donate much needed items including blankets and socks providing warmth to the residents in the winter months.  In the Spring, we embark on projects do beautify the landscape at the Boysville Home for Boys so their residents can enjoy the tranquility of the outside gardens.

Gillman Subaru is proud to partner with our neighborhood Elementary School providing much needed supplies and books for these rising superstars in our community.  Through our Annual Back Pack Event and the Subaru Loves Learning program, we are excited to support the teachers and the students of Ed Franz Elementary.
