To whom it may concern,
I brought my first Subaru home on Friday. Since this is the 4th new car I've bought in the past 26 years, I hope that it lasts as long as the other three! I would like to make a remark about my salesperson - Tim Gantner. I found him to be truly professional, honest, and not anywhere near my previous experiences with 'car salesmen' - he actually gave me a very good price, no haggling, and I left without feeling that I had made his mortgage payment. It was a very nice surprise to find someone like that in your business. You are very lucky to have such an employee, one who cares about the customer and satisfaction.
I am writing to tell you what a wonderful experience we had purchasing a car from Tim and Fernando. We bought a 2010 Subaru Forester for my daughter approximately one week ago. Tim was very courteous and patient with my father in law who actually bought the car. Then Tim and Fernando quickly executed the sale and offered to deliver the vehicle to my daughter at our home which they did this evening. I have been buying cars for 25 years, including BMW, Lexus and Cadillac brands, and these two salesmen were more kind, diligent, and professional than any others I have met. I just wanted you to know what great guys you have working for you.
