If you are looking to add a supercharged car with matching all wheel drive capabilities, Subaru is the hands down best choice. However, that still doesn't let you know which Subaru is your best bet. The WRX and STI subies are a fantastic choice, but how can you pick between two amazing cars? We are here to help.

If you are looking at a WRX, you will find a blend of performance and value. The 2015 version will include 268 HP and will get you to 60MPH in 5.5 seconds. It also has a distinct advantage when it comes to the drivability. The shifting, corners, and flat stretches of road all handle fantastically in the WRX, and you feel a great amount of boost in the middle of your rev band. Pair this performance with average MPG ratings of 25, and you will be able to enjoy longer drives with less stops along the way.

The STI on the other hand increases the performance statistics to 305 HP and will get you to 60 MPH at 5.1 seconds. It also has an added advantage when it comes to the steering and brakes. With larger brakes, it will allow you to quickly reduce your speed. This will help on the more winding roads, and will allow you to enjoy the added power. It also has more responsive steering, and will let you feel in control throughout the entire drive. Again, allowing the enjoyment of the high performance engine to be on your mind, and not your ability to control it.

In the end, you can't go wrong with either option. The WRX is the champion if you are looking to get more bang for your buck, but the STI will seduce you with its increased performance and overall enjoyment of driving. One thing is clear however, the WRX and STI are both great options when you need performance and practicality.
